ealing through touch, wellness through care

I am a dual-licensed Esthetician and Massage Therapist with professional training and experience gained in Alaska, where many clients experienced physical tension and stress related to rugged, off-grid lifestyles. Working in Alaska introduced me to the region’s unique fire-and-ice wellness traditions and therapeutic approaches, which continue to influence my practice today. Recently licensed to practice massage therapy in Virginia, I bring a holistic and client-centered approach to every session. Before entering the wellness field, I worked as a special education teacher and am a proud graduate of George Mason University. My experiences in education strengthened my ability to listen, connect, and provide individualized care, ultimately inspiring me to pursue my lifelong passion for bodywork and wellness.

I believe in the restorative benefits of a Nordic spa approach, combining relaxation with therapeutic techniques to promote overall well-being. My massage style incorporates deep tissue work, myofascial release, and trigger point therapy to help relieve pain, reduce tension, and restore mobility. Each treatment is tailored to the unique needs and goals of the client.

Whether you are seeking relief from chronic discomfort, recovering from physical strain, or simply looking to relax and recharge, I strive to create a welcoming and healing environment. I believe that massage therapy is an important part of a healthy self-care routine and that everyone can benefit from regular bodywork. My goal is to help clients feel their best, both physically and mentally, while supporting their long-term wellness journey.
